Opis stanowiska

Hi! At Connectis, as part of our strategy for 2021-2025, we are creating a new business development Sales Team to complete our company and accelerate our growth in currently serviced, as well as new business areas. Our mission and – since you may be interested – your potential future goal is to create an efficient, highly motivated cell of 2-3 Teammates focused on acquiring new team leasing & body leasing contracts among international SMEs and corporations.


We have set an ambitious goal for our company maintain the current growth pace – to achieve this, the Team you may become a part of, has been strongly supported with:

  • a significant inbound marketing budget (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • three experienced marketing specialists,
  • a well-executed long-term content strategy
  • new delivery resources dedicated mostly to service new business opportunities


The candidate we are looking for should be a sharp-minded, independent, motivated person, showing great initiative and focused on growth. You must be able to establish new business relationships, carefully listen to our potential clients and ask accurate, precise questions. Your role and responsibilities will focus on these key areas: 

  • Identifying potential clients in the target market, appropriate research on the client’s business and equipment needs
  • Establishing business-oriented and justified relationships with current and potential clients
  • Generating new sales opportunities using your skills, our tools and strategy
  • Preparing sales offers, negotiating contracts and closing new agreements



  • Location: Warsaw (currently our company works in a hybrid mode)
  • Basic salary: 6,500 PLN gross salary / 8,000 PLN net + VAT (if you expect more, you’ll have to convince our CFO, whom you’ll definitely meet during the recruitment process)
  • Bonus salary: 30-100% of basic salary depending on performance (we actually DO want you to get a 100%, since we want to see great results!)
  • Engagement type: employment contract / B2B


  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or a similar role in IT or startup industry – 1 year if you consider yourself a smart fast-learner! 🙂
  • Work ethics appropriate for a position with high autonomy and a company with no trust issues
  • An open mind for a proactive approach to all your duties
  • Interest in new technologies and IT – it is basically a must-have
  • Flexibility and readiness to quickly adapt to changes – we do not linger on key decisions – we act quickly and adjust to the needs of the market
