Opis stanowiska

Verify and ensure that IT products and services are implemented in accordance with defined quality standards in alignment with IT product managers
Foster continuous quality improvement
Operate and drive continuous improvement of applications and platforms according to agreed service levels
Provide 2nd level support and pro-actively drive preventive maintenance activities towards stable operation
Takeover of new developed services and updates in operation (rollout support)
Re-test of field issues, report problem tickets to development team
Cooperation with 1st level support team
Contact point for business departments and development teams
Setup and manage monitoring and report KPI’s

Wymagania

At least 3 years hands-on experience in operations and support of IT products (on premise and/or cloud) as 2nd level
Knowledge about network configuration, monitoring tools like Grafana/Prometheus, cloud solutions,
Knowledge of software development lifecycle would be an advantage
Experience in IoT platforms and applications welcome
Experience in working in international intercultural distributed teams
Experience in ITIL as well as ticketing-tools (HP Service Manager and Jira)
Hands-on experience in agile methods like Kanban, Scrum, DevOps as well as tools (Jira, confluence, bamboo)
Open-minded attitude and high communication skills
Very good English language required
