The higher the organizational hierarchy level, the lower the percentage.

At Connectis_ we realize the gender diversity postulates

The increase of number of women in the IT industry is indispensable not only for social and culture reasons, but also because of economic causes. At Connectis 26% of all staff are women, and as regards the higher level management women constitute half of all employees. We realize the gender diversity postulates. Stereotype perception of an IT specialist being a man causes that the potential of many talented women is never used. At Connectis we support women, to enable them the development of their careers as our experts.
