The Cooperation Process

The work on software production or modification in the Managed Service model is conducted in compliance with the SCRUM methodology.

1. Transfers documents: “Product visions” and the start version of “Register of Requirements”
2. We organize a dedicated, complete Work Team with the capacity and technological skills depending on the project needs. The Work Team is organizationally managed by our leader. The Representative of Client plays the role of the Product Owner
3. The Product Owner in cooperation with our Work Team Leader prepare a list of products (functionalities) to be realized during a two-week Work Period and specify the criteria for their handover
4. “The Work Team” realizes the work planned
5. The Product Owner accepts the work realized during the Work Period according to the criteria for their handover established in advance
6. The Parties make setllements for work realized during particular Work Periods
